This page is not updated very often, I am merely recording ebay prices as I go along. I will at some point photograph all my copies, and grade them, but I am concentrating on keeping my wants list upto date.

Any book not listed, I have in hardback and signed, I have just not updated the page with the picture and any relevant prices yet.

Legend Paperback

Edition: Century 1984 Paperback. Released at the same time as the Hardback, but with this cover.

Cost: Ebay from £5 to £92 depending on condition. It is around the £40 mark on average, and around £100 for a signed copy.

Mar 07: Signed copy for £75, with BIN of £125. A 'signed' copy (one with a weird bookplate) goes for £37, but it had spine creases, and cover creases and a pen mark ot the inside pages, and other creases. £100 for a signed copy, that had a few creases to the back cover but not the spine.

Feb 07: Signed copy goes for £99. It had a slight corner crease to the front cover and a few creases to the ack cover, unsure about the spine.

Jan 07: See below. Unisged copy with no creases to spine and cover goes for £44. Another has spine creases and hits £42.

Oct 06: £72 for an unsigned copy. Looked very nice, with no spine or other creasing, just minimal wear to corners.

Sept 06: £41 for an unsigned copy, looked ok, not sure about spine creasing.

June 05: One sold for £30 - went from £16 to £30 in the last 6 minutes, helped along by me and at least 2 other people bidding. Another, in excellent condition, sold for £72.

March 06: Sold for £92 in excellent condition. I did not bid.

Jan 06: Personally missed it for about a fiver, then again as part of a pair of Legend paperbacks (one with the traditional black cover and swordsman) that went for about £6 or 7. Have bid up to around £26 myself.

My Copy

Cost: I bought it for £31 in Jan 07 . It is unsigned.

Condition: The rather grainy pictures looked like the book was a nice copy, with sharp corners and possibly an untouched spine. And a bloody lovely copy it is to. No spine creases, and no cover creases or back creases...I am a happy bunny. To me, its near mint. The most tiniest small blemishes to the corners if you really want to be picky, but no spine creases or flaws!

Last Sword of Power

Edition: Century 1988 Hardback

Est Cost: £300+

Feb 07: Signed ex-library version goes for £197, again a very good copy, minimal library stamping or evidence that it once originated from there.

Oct 06: Signed ex-library version went for £132, according to the seller it "..Although this is an ex-library book it is one of the best copies I have seen. The dustjacket is in very good condition, very little wear and tear. Book boards are clean and fine, binding tight and pages are fine with slight sunning to edges ." It had 2 small library stamps.

March 06: £382 - Condition excellent, with dust jacket intact and no dents.

My Copy

Cost: I bought a Hardbacked copy for £61. It is unsigned.

Condition: Dust jacket is covered in mylar, but because of spine lean is rolled and untidy. I will remove and try and fold better at some point. The book is ex-library, has spine lean, but is in original boards. 1cm tear to spine board at corner, and a small cut out to the first page. Usual stamps, and judging by the price written in the corner, someone picked it up for 25p at one point! Oh, and it really smells of smoke :(

Ghost King

My Copy

Cost: I bought it for £46. It is unsigned.

Condition: I have an ex-library edition version, which has been re-covered, along with usual library stamps and withdrawal stamps.

It has a red 'xxx' sticker on the spine, library stamps within the first empty pages, and a small tear to an internal page. The boards of my book have also been replaced, probably to relieve the library lean that most library books pick up.
